NBC Predictions: The Blacklist to be renewed

Other recent Renewals and Cancellations on NBC:

The Blacklist

NBC’s Blindspot has been picked up for a full season this week. The show is doing really well in the ratings. If the show keeps up these ratings in the second part of the season, odds are we will see this show back in the 2016-17 season. Meanwhile The Blacklist seems to be losing its shine. However, fans of the show are in luck since The Blacklist entered its third season. This means another season will give it enough episodes to go into syndication. In other words, The Blacklist will be renewed.

Chicago P.D. also started its third season, but with a short first season the show is a little further away from a syndication deal. Although it is not far from such a deal, a renewal for this show is not certain at all. Nonetheless, the ratings of Chicago P.D. are quite average, so a cancellation doesn’t seem to be imminent either. The Player and The Mysteries Of Laura are both doing quite badly, they are the lowest rating drama shows on the network right now. The Player will therefore likely not get a full season, and The Mysteries Of Laura will have to fight very hard this season if it wants to get renewed. However, I would suggest fans (including me) don’t get their hopes up.
