Due to the Winter Olympics, NBC has put all of its scripted series on hiatus. This means we will be back with new predictions after the Winter Olympics on March 4.

NBC had two big live sports events this week. First, it was Superbowl Sunday, which resulted in extremely (and I mean extremely) inflated ratings for This Is Us. Next, the network has shifted its focus to the Winter Olympics. This week, only a few scripted series aired new episodes, including The Blacklist and Chicago P.D. The Blacklist is still a steady show, but its ratings are a little concerning. Nonetheless, with four drama series consistently scoring lower than The Blacklist and three of those shows being in the cancellation zone, The Blacklist seems to be safe for one more year. However, we don’t rule out a (short) final season announcement come May.
