As predicted, CBS has effectively cancelled Wisdom Of The Crowd this week by passing on a full season. This was clearly because of the show’s less-than-stellar ratings and the continuing sexual assault allegations against star Jeremy Piven.

In other news, the eye network has announced its Winter Olympics schedule and has ordered full seasons for its Monday comedies Man With A Plan and Superior Donuts. That is good news for the two shows, which are both at ratings level that are only just enough to keep them alive.

It is almost the end of the year, so it is time to clean up our prediction table. Young Sheldon is doing great and there is no way that CBS is going to part with it anytime soon. It is a Certain Renewal.

Life In Pieces is in its third full season, which means a fourth would be guaranteed if it were produced by CBS. It hails from 20th Century Fox instead, but with these ratings CBS is not going to mind having it around for another season. Life In Pieces is also a Certain Renewal.
