This summer we will keep you posted with predictions for the summer series every last Sunday of the month. So check back on August 28th for our final predictions on the summer line-up at CBS.

Currently, CBS is airing three scripted series which have not been cancelled or renewed yet. The three summer shows are American Gothic, BrainDead and Zoo. The returning show, Zoo, has been doing good in the ratings. Zoo is consistently the highest rating show on CBS. This, obviously, is a good sign. Zoo is now certain to be renewed.

BrainDead on the other hand, hasn’t been doing so well in the past few weeks. It has been dropping in the all-important demo, and week after week it’s coming in as the weak link on CBS’ drama line up. Although CBS tends to renew every new summer series for a second season, BrainDead might not get the usual treatment. BrainDead is likely to be cancelled.
